Fine Arts: Facilities

The Fine Arts Studio is a large, well-lighted, and welcoming space where art, photography, and some film classes are held. The studio itself is equipped with drawing benches, easels, and tables that can be moved around depending on the needs of various classes. In addition, there is a small press used by printmaking students. It also houses a darkroom; a room with a large animation stand used for filming animations and experimental films; and an area for matting and framing photographic prints.

The Miller Studio, on the second floor of the Colodney Building, is equipped with 9 state-of-the-art Mac workstations. Each station has the following software: Adobe Illustrator CS, Photoshop CS, After Effects 6.5; Macromedia Flash MX, Dreamweaver MX; Avid Xpress Pro 4.6; the Apple Final Cut Pro 5 Studio bundle; and others.
