The course will include the following areas of study while in the Bahamas:
(1) Marine biology: The Andros Barrier Reef, Blue Holes and mangroves.
(2) Ornithology: Native and migratory birds of South Andros.
(3) Social and cultural practices: The traditional Androsian ways.
(4) Native plants: Their roles in native Bush Medicine and in the ecosystem.
Fees include airfare, lodging, meals, local transportation & course fees.
Limit (6) Students. Travelers to the Bahamas must have a valid passport.

Saturday, March 8, 10 a.m. to 12 noon
Post-trip wrap up meeting:Saturday, April 5, 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
