Should I encourage my son/daughter to initiate contact with the admissions office (i.e. schedule appointments, call to ask about application status)?
Absolutely! Please do encourage your son or daughter to communicate directly with any member of the College about any of their questions or concerns. Not only is this good practice for negotiating the college years, it sends a message to us that the student is taking ownership of this very important decision.
