Housing: Lakeview Terrace

Lakeview has five separate apartments - one single and four double occupancy. The building is in a quiet neighborhood, and close to all downtown activities. All apartments have small kitchenettes, gas heat, private bathroom, and are comfortable in size. Limited off-street parking is available.

Residents must furnish their own apartments. Students are expected to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited in any Burlington College residences. These apartments are available to students of all ages and level of study.

Housing charges per semester range from $2,875 for each occupant in the doubles and $3,750 for a single. Students are responsible for contracting telephone service if desired. Internet service is provided through the computer labs at the College and is not provided to housing.

Location: 9 Lakeview Terrace, just behind the College, overlooking Lake Champlain.
