Housing: Palm House

Three or four students comfortably share this three-bedroom house. The house includes a large living room, one full bath, a full kitchen, and dining area. Residents must furnish their rooms and supply their own housewares. When possible, the College provides furniture for common areas.

Some off street parking is available, as well as front and backyard lawn space. Cost of rent includes utilities. As is the case in all Burlington College residences, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.

Students are expected to work together to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the house. This house is available to students of all ages and level of study.

Housing charges are $2,875 per semester. Internet service is provided through the computer labs at the College and is not provided to housing.
