Event Planning Certificate
BurlingtonCollege’s Event Planning Certificate program offers courses geared toward both the event planning professional and novice. Classes meet the needs of the emerging field of meeting and event planning. The courses provide students with the basic knowledge and the unique nomenclatureand protocol of event professionals. The event planning program helps guide students toward one of the comprehensive certificate programs offered by professional certification organizations.
Event planning courses are designed for students interested in the theoretical and practical aspects of event and meeting organization, including research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation of events, including comprehensive wedding planner topics. Emphasis is on the training required for a successful career as an event and meeting professional.
