Gordon Glover, Film and Media

Gordon Glover teaches in the areas of media activism, visual communication, and film production. He has worked as a mentor for the Baltimore Youth Television Program with Middle and High School students and has received an Open Society Institute Community Fellowship.

He was a founding board member of Wide Angle Community Media, a non-profit that provides youth with media education, leadership opportunities, technical training, and media literacy workshops.

His research agenda involves examining the pervasive negative effects of consumer culture on democracy, environmental activism, and the urgent crises of climate change and resource depletion.
