Holtropic Breathwork Workshop

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful and easily undertaken process of inner exploration developed by Stanislov Grof, MD, and his wife, Christina. Grof, a founder of transpersonal psychology, is internationally recognized for his consciousness research and discovery of the significance of the birth process in psychological and spiritual development. Holotropic Breathwork uses a combination of intense breathing, evocative music, work with the body, expressive drawing, and group sharing that helps people “move toward wholeness,” which is the literal meaning of “Holotropic.” The workshop will include an introduction to the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork followed by breathwork sessions and discussions.
