Stories of Our Elders: Documenting the New American Experience

Day and Time: Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 – 5:00 pm
This course will focus on the acquisition, transcription, and translation of native folklore, to be included in a dual-language literary project which will ultimately be published and made available as a teaching text.
The book will be enhanced by the work of Burlington College photography and art students, and a short documentary based on the acquisition process may be made by our film students and shown at a gathering at the end of the semester.
