Discover what is growing in your backyard or nearby park. Learn how to incorporate herbs and wild foods into your daily life for tonic, and immune enhancing benefits. Springtime is abundant with delicious herbs that wake you up after a long cold winter, excite the senses with stimulating bitters and flavorful savories from the earth. Spend part of the class outside gathering edibles and the other part blending wild foods and different traditional herbs into recipes that would please the most skeptical palate.
Note: Dress appropriately for weather as we will be outside for part of the class.
